Pre-Health Professional Club

PRE-HEALTH PROFESSIONAL CLUB

Vanier Collegiate in partnership with the Five Hills Health Region take care in the Pre-Health Professional Club.  It is a great opportunity for Grade 11 students to explore and experience nursing, pharmacy and medicine in a four session program. For more information read over the PHP Club Brochure.

Session 1:  March 28, 2011 in Regina
Session 2:  September 2011
Session 3:  October – December 2011
Session 4:  December 2011 

Deadline for current grade 11 students to register with Ms. Lapointe for the next session is March 1, 2011.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY:

  • Moose Jaw Union Hospital – Students commit 1 – 1 1/2 hours weekly after school on a day of their choice to volunteer at the Hospital to perform different tasks for nursing and switchboard stations.  Students will choose the day that fits best into their schedule.  Orientation will be held September 23, 2010 after school.
