New Nursing Info
University of Regina and SIAST (SCBScN)
The Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan (NEPS), has changed its structure and partnerships for the fall 2011 intake. Below you will find links to documentation and sites that will assist in understanding the new system.
SIAST and University of Regina will be offering Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (SCBScN).
High school admission requirements: English A30, English B30, One Math A, B, C or Calculus, Biology 30, and Chemistry 20 (Chemistry 30 is recommended)
The launch of the new SCBScN program has been tremendously successful. Due to the demand received for the program, we cannot accommodate all the students who have applied and qualified for admission; therefore, changes to the admission process are necessary to enable the partners to better manage the admission process and program enrolments. Admissions for the SCBScN program will be transitioning from a first-qualified/first-admitted (FQFA) process to competitive entry for fall 2012.
