Vanier has a lot to offer students. Extra-curricular activities ranging from the arts, athletics, Duke of Edinburgh’s award and even peer led injury prevention groups. There are definitely lots of opportunity to get involved in something you are passionate about.
Other Information
Summer School – Regina Public School (Grade 9 – 12 and Adult Classes)
Early registration typically takes place before mid-June. For early registration out of town students must have the Principal’s signature and Parent’s signatures as well as their Ministry of Education I.D. number included with the registration form. Tuition fees range from $140 – 250 depending on the grade level. Subjects range science, social studies, math, and a variety of sciences.
Adult Secondary Completion (Adult 12)
Under Adult 12 Policy, an adult may attain a Grade 12 standing by taking 7 credits as stated below. Prerequisite requirements are waived for adults. Credits may be attained by taking the course from a Saskatchewan secondary school or a Saskatchewan post-secondary institution approved to offer secondary level courses. Adults also have the option of challenging a departmental examination.

Christian Ethics Practicum/Community Service
Every student at Vanier Collegiate is required to take Christian Ethics from grade 9 through till grade 12. Part of the course requires students to complete direct and indirect community service hours.

It is important for students to make sure that they are taking the necessary classes required to graduate. In addition to taking classes required for certain post-secondary education.
High School Transcript Request
Students who are applying to post-secondary institutions will need to arrange a final transcript to be sent in June/July to their destination schools to ensure final acceptance.
